0.43 Amps - Switch in new like condition - is there something like the most propable cause?

hey guys,

whats the most propable cause for the 0.47 amps? its a hac cpu 20 or 21. patched. in perfect condition. its like new. the owner told me that he rarely played. charged the device last time in a hotel in the USA. he used an " original eu charger" with an “usa adapter”. a few houers later = black screen.

Hard to say, but I would start at the M92 chip, checking for shorts at the nearby capacitors.
