So I have the 2DS XL Turquoise, and for some reason when I boot up Nintendo DS games like Pokemon Pearl, Diamond, Platinum, the touchscreen doesn’t work to use the features for those games that require the touchscreen interface, But the touchscreen works perfectly fine in the Home Menus, and 3DS games. I even did the touchscreen Calibration and the software reset and the same issues persists. I had even contacted Nintendo support and the only solution they gave was to charge me 50 plus shipping to ship it to them, for them to repair, eventually they brought it down to 25 with an additional 10 for shipping but I stated I would think about their offer.
