My 3DS XL has recently been getting dropped (kids). I noticed the wifi toggle wasn’t working. It seemed it wasn’t going all the way up. After taking it apart I could see the plastic part was a little bent and getting stopped by the motherboard. After getting it out and bending it back into place a little I noticed the actual control for the wifi (a piece a bit smaller than the outer switch) laying on the plastic. I found a couple holes that lined up with the pegs, but it doesn’t stay. I’m wondering if the 3DS took a fall and knocked the slider off of the solder? The solder doesn’t look like it’s broken, so I’m really unsure if I need to solder it or just some glue to hold the pegs in the holes.
