Amateur hour on ps4 need help pls

Hey there I’m working on a ps4 1215 I got cheap and wasn’t working. The situation I’m describing is my avatar Pic.

After opening it I found two little capacitors near the big tall power supply connector.

  1. What are the specs on these? I think 25uf but voltage? Are they both identical?

  2. Which pads are positive and negative?

3.i accidentally bridged two pads. Does it matter? Do they have continuity anyways? I can clean this up desoldering braid I’m just waiting for some to come in.

  1. If the pads are bad where could I solder wires to instead?
