EDM-030 no boot and 1 beep, seems there's a short pin on DA9065 PMIC

I can’t get the datasheet of DA9065 PMIC IC.
The impedance measurement of pin8 of DA9065 is 3.4 Ohm only.
Any one know is that normal?
