Unfortunately, I can’t do it without that. But I don’t think it’s the BIOS. The previous owner said it suddenly stopped turning on.
Perhaps try swapping the sauthbridge again?

Did you flush under the southbridge with IPA? Sometimes flux under the southbridge can cause issues with turning on.
I cleaned everything and then applied flux with my finger.
Did you clean the flux under the southbridge after soldering the southbridge to the mainboard?
Sometimes flux under the southbridge can mess with the clock signal line, which is needed for the southbridge to work.
As a result from my side… APU Dead
I removed every possible Cap, RAM and Power IC from the Board, so only APU is connected to 1.8V_SOC_VDDA.
Still 30 Ohm or less, don’t know why, after inject voltage to that line, sometimes resistence is falling to ~10 Ohm.
I’m sorry. Seems to be a more often issue. I had the last weeks similar or same issues at three or four other cases. Would be interesting to know, what causes it.
