I’ve got my first PS5 repair in yesterday and I am in need of some guidance. When the power button is pressed there is absolutely no signs of life. No LED, no beeps, no fan spin, etc. I tested the power supply and it’s feeding only around 10V into the console. Even with the PSU completely removed from the console it’s only outputting 10.4V, when I believe it should be 12V. Would this suggest that the internal PSU is faulty?

Gotcha. It seems this PSU is faulty then so I’ve ordered a new one. Do you have a diagram that I can use as reference to check for any shorts and what not? I couldn’t seem to find any short but I want to make sure.
