Hey Guys,
the + - for Audio and the Right button (DPAD) are not working … i already got a new flex cable but it is still not working… the flex cable for the ON/OFF are also fine so i don´t know why it´s not working …
Are you sure you have the flex cable in the correct way? If you look at wires in it. You can see it’s not symmetrical?
I did restore button function once by replace maybe the alc chip, but my memory is foggy, so don’t that that as gospel.
it should be the stm32 not ALC audio chip

Yes my mistake i replaced the stm chip not alc chip, to restore function

thank you for the help, i have found the correct issue, it seems like there is a problem with the connector of the flex cable 
after I already resoldered the stm23 i found it ^^
