Hey guys i just got this switch. i hear a high pitch ringing coming from it when i put the charger in. charges at 0.10 amps and does not budge from that number no matter what is connected or disconnected. even if the motherboard is out by itself its the same.
any ideas? i have a junk board i can give it a go on.

ringing usually originates from inductors or caps. Iād check the area around the BQ24193, especially the big charge pump inductor.
