After a unsucessfull attemp install picofly on erista board, my SD reader become intermitent.
Can anyone help me identify when are the faulty?
Is a IC, or smd CAP/res?

SD I/O all goes directly to SoC. You could check 3V3PDR and 1V8PDR resistance to ground though which may give some insight.
Also possible you have bad contacts/pins on the SD connector (motherboard side) which is pretty common too so that might be worth checking.
SoC is ok! The console recognize SD, but unmount quickly. SD card reader was replaced so isn’t this too. Maybe res or cap in this sector are damaged! Idk where start search, and values of this components to replace if they really faulty!
