Every time I boot up my ps4 the disc drive starts to run and I can only put a disc in then and when I eject a disc i cant put it back in. I’ve tried to fix the problem but can’t find anything. Please help.
Many times this is caused by the touch button being dirty or not connecting well to the metal tab inside the bottom cover. Also, make sure there is nothing under the console that could be touching the eject button. If it’s been taken apart before then it could be a bad ribbon cable connection.
