PS4 No power after replacing southbridge

Ok so here is a little back story.

I received this PS4 original “working” to start with was just overheating, so i cleaned it and what not then formed the BLYOD however… i stupidly reflowed the southbridge and lost power 'turned out couple solder balls bridged underneath guess i accidentally nudged it".

So, i replaced the southbridge with a new one and still got no power.

Any ideas i can try to figure out where the issue is coming from?

The reflowing could have killed the console. You should NEVER reflow, and only reball in crertain conditions like if the console was fall damaged. My guess is when it was reflowed it likely shorted something out, or the new southbridge wasn’t installed correctly.
