Every time I put my bo3 disk into my PS4 slim it makes weird sounds (like the disk is hitting something inside) before it says disk cannot be read even though it displays first logo screen. But when I put Minecraft into my PS4 slim it works normally. Keep in mind both disks have no scratches or dust.
