Short on BQ IC, not turning on, no draws

Hi guys, I got these shorts to ground:

As you can see i tried removing the BQ IC and the cap, but the shorts are still there.
Also i got 0L on CC1 on the usb port (pin 5) before removing the parts.
Any hints? Thanks

I would remove m92t36 and check again.

Is there any “complete” map of the measurements of the pcb?
