Hey all, new to the forum here but have been following tronicsfix for a while now on YT and I love what he does, it’s always been something I’d love to learn and be able to do!
I’ve had a read through some of the other posts here and can see the Yihua 853D gets recommend as a good starter station and it’s well within my budget, few questions though, how do you know what to set all the dials at etc when undertaken work on a board or device etc? I’m totally scared I’ll end burning a hole through something haha.
as for solder/flux etc any recommendations on brands?
Ideally I wanna get to a level of repairing consoles and things like iPhone/iPads and the likes.
