Whenever i turn on my Nintendo Switch it will attempt to boot twice, each time showing the Nintendo logo and then the Switch logo, after it shows the switch logo for the second time i get a popup that says " could not start the software" I have tried a firmware upgrade and factory reset with no luck. it seems like a software problem to me but i wanted to ask to see if anyone has ever seen this problem and if you maybe know how to fix it.
Search through all the topics in the forum and see what information you find. It may be a problem from eMMC memory or M92T36 chip.
