Hello!
My switch recently stopped loading games, mostly big games that have to load big save data or big worlds. When i try loading/opening the game, i get the error message “The software was closed because an error ocurred” sometimes with the error code 2002-4135 and sometimes without it but the game just shuts down. I can’t play Animal crossing, Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart, Breath of the Wild (these 4 cartridge games) and Fall out guys (digital), but small games like DOOM, NES and Super NES games from online service, Puyo puyo tetris, work fine. I believe the problem lies on the Saved data on the Switch internal memory, but, have anyone dealt with this before?
What can i do to fix it?
PLEASE HELP!!!
