It seems that there is an general access to many boardviews. For specific boardviews like Nintendo Switch, DJI drones, Macbooks you have to pay additional.
Ah I see, I don’t really like paying for this stuff at all (assuming these are the legit boardviews / schematics which have fallen off a truck) and especially don’t like subscription services On the other hand if they have all been created from scratch then, yeah, fair enough, I’ll toss a few quid there way
I could be wrong, but I recall Paul Daniels mentioning in one of his videos that he’s been reverse engineering the board view file format for these closed/locked siftware so that the files can be used in openboardview or flex boardview. It might well be this very software he’s talking about. He’s stuck currently on a section which he seems to think is encryption… I’ll have to take a look and see if it actually is, might just be compression using some obscure algo.
