V1 switch - Black Screen - Hekate starts - ofw/cfw doesnt start

this switch started to freeze after a few minutes then completly stoped working. no drop damage whatsoever.
no shorts. created a donor nand and flashed it to a new emmc. no luck. any ideas what could be wrong?
