What is the value of the diode?

I have a voltage shortage of 1.3V in the MAX77620, I have changed the IC and it remains the same, I do not know where the fault may come from, it may be that the IC is also bad, it was donated from another console, the source gives me a consumption of 0.195A and after 1 minute it drops to 0.110A, I think it is a fault in the eMMc, but I am not sure, I have heard that when the eMMC fails that voltage may be missing.
