hey I bought this Xbox and they said it had a bad hdmi port, so since I had an extra one I thought I could swap it over, but after taking off the “bad” port I saw some pads are missing, is it possible to fix this?
Sure, that’s fixable…just a little more difficult now. Basically you’d just need to run jumper wires from the pin on the port to where that circuit trace goes on the motherboard.

How big would the wires have to be, I’ve seen videos of people doing this but I’ve never actually done it myself, and thanks for the feedback
