Hey, so my brothers Xbox has some issues. Whenever he tries to play a game or whatever, whenever he logs in and there is something with dark colors , some red dots appear out of one where, and also whenever a game is playing, there are some weird kinda like sparking noises that I think are coming from the tv since if the volume is turned down they are less and if it’s off there are none. Anyone know how to fix it, please leave any suggestions.
