3,3v and 1,8v standby missing - doesn't start no beep - EDM 010 digital edition

I have a EDM 010 digital edition which doesn’t beep and power up. No shorts whatsoever. F3501 was blown but there was no short on either side of the fuse. 12v is present on both sides. EverY other voltage seem to be present as well. Except it looks like the 3.3v regulator above fuse f7002 doesn’t do its job. 5v input is present but the 3.3v output isn’t. Am I right that the ic on the following picture generates 3.3v?

No 3,3v present where the tweezer is pointing at.

Also I am missing 1.8v standby.

On another thread I red that on EDM 020 board 1.8v is also generated above fuse f7002 is that correct?

If yes, replacing the ic above 7002 might fix this PS5 I guess.

Thx very much!

Yes, EDM-010 board SBV chip / TLV62090 generates 3.3v standby on the coil you pointed.

Yes, EDM010 and EDM020 has different stepdown ic and different location for 3.3v standby and 1.8v standby. So DO NOT simply thinking f7002 is always the 3.3v place generates.

**Only on **EDM010**

3.3v generates above F7002 from SBV chip

In another thread I asked you about a missing component. Soldering that 100k resistor back in i have 3,3v and 1,8v now.
