Hi for me they are not short circuited. they have very low impedance hence your reading. If there is a breakdown, you have to look elsewhere. During the 2 sec does the fan spin? Have you had any other error codes that could give you some clues? Blod 2 sec is terrible; There are plenty of videos with more or less the same breakdowns. Personally I never come across this one

I also have a problem with a ram but I was able to find out which one thanks to a uart code. There is one for each of the 8. I doubt this is your case. On the other hand, it seems to me that they are all linked together. In my case I think that unfortunately it is my CPU which is faulty. I think you should put them all back in one by one and check the codes. They are like 8080110x, the x gives the number of the ram.
