Does anyone know how to fix this? looks to me it’s related to the apu, but im not sure. Console keep having fan at full speed and shuts down for overheating but the temperature is, just warm.

At this temp I would expect high fan speed and overtemp shut down

yes but it isn’t actually overheated, that’s the issue
