My pins on usb port (on the back) are broken. and i need to get it cleaned. and checked the thermal paste and replaced if necessary. And i usually have 2 fails 1 cannot continue using application blah blah corrupt blah delete and install game again (ark survival evolved people say i have a corrupt hdd) and the second one is ps4 is overheating
