I have an original Xbox one. It starts up but has black screen. Microsoft told me they can not fix it because it’s discontinued and cannot get the parts for it. I tried everything please help.

Hi there, I am having issues with my Xbox not reading discs, no disc is currently stuck but it takes several attempts to recover any discs inserted. Any suggestions on how to diagnose and repair? Thank you!!
