All controllers aren’t connecting to the PS4

This isn’t a controller or usb cable issue as i’ve tried using multiple different controllers and cables to connect the controller to the ps4 but it still doesn’t work.

At times i’m able to turn on the ps4 with the controller, however it quickly disconnects the controller from the ps4.

For some reason also, the controller seems to work find in safe mode when connected to the usb, but not during the actual start up of the console

Is there any way to fix this?

Hi, have you tried to see if they connect in safe mode because according to what have read online if it recognises them in safe mode it could be the wi-fi/Bluetooth ic. If its still not recognised in safe mode it most likely the southbridge ic.

Same thing happened to me all i did was clean the usb ports and they reconnected.
