Analogue sticks stuck in 10 o'clock position

Hi guys,

I’m working on a PS4 controller that had stick drift, but every time I replace the analogue sticks the controller has the sticks locked at the 10 o’clock position when the sticks are physically in the neutral position.

It continually does this regardless of how many times I replace the sticks.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be going on?

Thanks guys

check the trace on the board (analog section), there’s multiple case when you replace the analog some pad on the analog section got lifted and that makes the pin on the analog can’t connect to the board. Also It’s best if you could provide picture of your board.
