Anyone know what this chip is?

here is where it is located on the back of the board

and here is the chip itself

as you can see it is broken all it says on it is u70 looks like it has something to do with powering the system nand. which would make sense as this switch has a black screen no power.

no it’s not the same, I’ve been unable to identify that IC, the + symbol on it would indicate it’s a Maxim component but no luck finding it
