Anyone used the USB-C trace repair flex PCB for the Switch?

Hi all,
Has anyone here used the USB-C ripped trace repair flex PCB for the Nintendo Switch?
I’ve got a unit with some badly damaged pads/traces around the USB-C port, and I’m considering using one of those flex PCBs that recreate the traces. Just wondering how well they worked for you—was the install straightforward, and did the fix hold up?

Would really appreciate any feedback or advice before I give it a go. Thanks!

I used them several times and I like this fix very much.
Make sure that the USB C ground legs are soldered before the flex is soldered to the filters.

is this for V1 or will it support v2 also??

The ribbon flex is for V1. At the V2 the emi filters are not in one straight line and the emi filters are smaller.
I never tried to solder the ribbon flex at a V2.
