i have an asus tuff 15 from 2022,and somewhere its shorted to ground, and i cant figure out where
1r0 next to h6504 gets awfully hot when the usb C is plugged in (does PD via usb c), but when i replace it with another same value, area still gets far too hot, enough to dry out IPA
Where could i look for faults next? i changed the mofsets and it showed a second of life then blew the new ones, should i check the VRMs? im super confused where the fault lies it feels so simple but just locating it is a pain
