I turned my PS4 on last night and there was no picture. I could hear it booting up and on the start screen, but the screen was black. I switched out the HDMI cables and different ports, but nothing worked. It won’t boot to start up either.
Have you tried booting into Safe Mode?
Is there any visible damage to the port (bent pins, loose)? Have you tried carefully wiggling the HDMI to see if video drops in or out?
If still nothing, then there is a high likelihood of any of the following at fault: HDMI Port / HDMI IC / HDMI filters
I’m sure hdmi port is desoldered
