Brand new OLED Switch not charging +1mA -0mA +0mA and goes on

I am using the original charger. It has been on charge for 6 hours still on 10% battery. What could be the problem. I tried Samsung Type-c Charger too +0mA again the same. Help please. I tried without joy-cons without SDcard removed nothing works.
