Broke a piece on the motherboard; Series X power light turns on then immediately shuts off

Lately games have been freezing on me so I decided to crack open my SX to give it a clean and re-paste.

In the process of prying open the metal shield that covers the x clamp, I broke off a piece of a component (1R0 conductor, I believe) on the motherboard. After re-assembling the system, and pressing the power button, the light comes on for barely a second and turns off. I assume its related to the piece I broke. Can someone inform me as to its repairability? I don’t know how to solder/de-solder but I’ve been wanting to learn and am interested and trying it myself, if its not too difficult a job. If its something better left to people with proper experience, I don’t mind reaching out to a local shop/person. Any insight?
