Broken Wii U :(

So… I’ve been having problems with my Wii U for a while now and can’t seem to fix it. There are 2 problems:

  1. something wrong with the disk drive (getting disk drive errors) (we tried replacing it but it didn’t work)
  2. it won’t power on anymore

We need help, there are a lot of fun games we still want to play on our Wii U but can’t seem to fix it, anyone?

  1. I’ve got nothing on the disc drive other than double checking the connections since you’ve already replaced it. Assuming the replacement isn’t faulty as well.

  2. If it’s obvious to you I’m sorry, but have you checked the voltage coming out of the power supply? And now that I’ve said that and with the DD error it sounds like a short somewhere if the PS is good.

My Wii u says there is a problem with the system storage. I sent it to a repair shop and they said they could not fix it because it was a problem with the motherboard. I don’t know if that’s true or not but I would like to diagnose the problem.
