I have a PS4 that will go to the “Cannot Start PS4” screen every time. I have updated it both online and via USB, I have reinitialized it, I have taken the hard drive out, put it in a working PS4, got the hard drive to work in that PS4, put that hard drive back into the non working PS4 and get the same screen. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Any advice is appreciated.
