I got PS4 (CUH-1215A) with not working disk drive - broken by child inserting there whatever did fit 
I found out that motor driver has been burned, so removed old one and checked caps around. I found one being shorted… and spent fair amount of time trying to figure out that this cap is actually soldered to ground on both sides. Any ideas why it’s there? Do you have SAC-001 MB and you get some other readings on this?
