CE-109573-5 Error on PS5? Can't Start the Game or App

I’m currently running into a peculiar problem. I’ve been trying to download the latest update for my game, but keep getting error code: CE-109573-5. Strangely, I can’t find any information on this error code online or on Sony’s official website.

So far, this issue seems exclusive to NBA 2K23; all my other games are running smoothly.

Has anyone else encountered this error code in the past and found a solution?
