I received a ps4 original from a friend saying that they got the CE-34335-8 error message. The console powers on and flashes the blue light before turning off. It then turns on and flashes blue again until the white light comes on. Then it displays the error code on screen. I replaced the old hard drive with a Western Digital 1TB from Amazon and still had the same issue. I tried the new hard drive unformatted, NTFS and exFAT and none seemed to make the issue go away. The only thing i can think of is that the hard drive connector is broken because when I opened the ps4 up the cage was bent down into the hard drive. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
