So first thing’s first. My BO3 game that i have on disc instantly crashes when i try playing it and that error code pops up every time. Yes the game and the console are updated to their latest firmwares so that’s not the issue. Every other game on my ps4 crashes, it’s just a matter of time. I have exhausted every possible option. I have rebuilt the database, initialized the ps4 completely, redownloaded games, switched my hdd to an ssd! and still crashes. I even took the ps4 apart, dusted it and replaced the thermal paste and still nothing. Please help, I have had this problem for a consistent 2 years.
