I have this CE 34878-0 for all games mostly minutes after I start the game
No matter what I do
I changed the hard drive and intialized the PS4 and did data rebuild and reinstalled the games and still have the same problem
I really have no clue and beside the error my PS4 keep freezing with the games and I have only one choice to close the game using the ps button no matter the game is on the hard drive or I am using the CD
My PS4 is FAT 5.05 !
