Changed my digitizer and battery now it doesn't boot

if i hold the power button 15 seconds then tap 3x my screen flashes black and lights up then shuts back off

I do hear the buttons selecting things when using the touchscreen clicks and games opening no visuals would you start with lcd screen or just check ribbon cable?

disconnect battery and check your lcd ribbon cable connector/socket
