History: bought switch lite that would not turn on or charge. Upon receiving you could tell usb port had pins messed up. Opened it up, fuse was blown, shorts to ground around BQ caps. Battery was 0V too but jump started it and is currently at 3.6V. Swapped the port and BQ and temporarily bridged the fuse. I was able to pull 15V 0A from my meter. Swapped m92 and it dropped to 5V. Got another batch of m92 and (and more ports because only 1 side worked 100% and it just felt loose) swapped both again. Back to 15V and .03A with board only. While mostly assembled I can get the console to boot and all seems to work. It even says it’s charging. But I don’t see the battery % go up.
2R2 shows 3.2V without battery connected. And VBAT near 2R2 and next to battery connector show 0.05V.
Before I started swapping BQ again or trying to reflow/swap fuel gauge I wanted to try to narrow down a cause to not cause more damage than I need.
Any thoughts? Thank you!
