I have xbox series X that has no problems playing video games on it but whenever I use any video services like Netflix hulu Crunchyroll high dive or anything to do with viewing videos my xbox will either 1 lose Internet connection until I power it off and turn it back on 2 will completely shut down without warning or reason to be more specific about the shutdown I will be watching something and at any time of watching that sead something the TV will go black and the xbox will completely shut off No lights nothing Can you help!?
