In one of my PS4’s originals my console does not recognize wireless controller. In my another one it does. Yes, I’ve tried resetting controller and using data cable but for some reason it does not go forward from the screen where it says “press ps button to start”.
As I mentioned above, in all other ps4’s this works but in this one it doesn’t. So is there a component that could be causing this problem or how can I solve this problem?
