Has anyone encountered a problem where there Xbox will refuse to read discs in some cases. For example my series x will refuse to read fifa 15 and skylanders trap team. But my other games nhl 22, nba 2k20 and cod vanguard work perfectly fine no issues. When I insert the problem discs they make a physical error noise. I tested all games on my friends series x and worked fine no isues even after reinserting a couple of times. I did a factory rest on my xbox and still has the same issue. What else can I try before sending it in to repair.
