This capacitor is critical to the motherboard. I accidently lost it. Without this capacitor the motherboard won’t be initialized, no 5v present. I tried a lot of capacitor, but no luck. The location is on the back of the 5V chip.
By the way, I can’t attach pictures, maybe because I am a new user here.
Finally got it fixed by myself. After like 10 attempts found a cap that is 0.1UF, 6.3V from an iPhone motherboard that makes it work.
