turn it on without the bad cap, then you know what voltage the caps work on

I replaced M92T36 and tested capacitor #489 to 5.2v, before it was 4.4v,Switch still won’t turn on. I don’t know it’s correct operating voltage.If you know the voltage in the neighborhood please let me know some, thanks!

I thought the picture has been label clearly enough on #489 diode reading cap voltage rate 4.7uF_0402_6.3v

and those 2 0402 caps are working on 3.3v regular but will partial stays on 5v when device not booting up/power failed.
