Does not charge after replacing the M92T36 chip

Hello,

I’m a beginner in repairs and I need some help.
I’m currently working on repairing a Switch V1 that no longer charges.
After finding shorted capacitors around the M92T36 chip, I replaced it. The short is gone.

but now I’m finding a capacitor with no ground connection it is possible ?
i can’t embed media right now…

Also, when I plug in the USB cable, I get 5V on one side, and if I flip it, I get 15V.
Flipping the cable on the charger side doesn’t make any difference.

I have 0.01V across the battery terminals when the 15V is active.

Does anyone have any advice?

Many Thanks.

I would try removing the m92t36 again and re-soldering it. Check the fuse that enters the 5 or 15v and outputs the same voltage, also the bq that has its voltages or the pi3usb that does not have a short. If in any of the 3 mosfets that you have after the charging connector, it has strange voltages or does not have the input and output, it is usually the m92t36 that you have not soldered correctly.
